All payments and ARI Certs must be postmarked by MARCH 10, 2008 or will be considered late. A $50 late fee will be applied to payments and ARI Certs postmarked after March 10th, 2008.

Refund Policy: A $100 administration fee will be applied to refunds for cancellations from March 8th, 2008 to March 22nd. No refunds will be issued after March 22nd, 2008.

Change Fee: Halter Show Substitutions will ONLY be allowed for verified medical emergencies after the March 8th deadline - Contact Kim Tollers (info@alpacaplanet.com) to discuss substitutions. There will be no charge for medical related substitutions.

Entries are not final until payment has been received. An additional $50 late fee will be added to ALL ARI Certs and / or payments not postmarked by March 10th, 2008. Stalling location will be based on date of payment postmark or submission.
